Normally, I shy away from anything with the word CASSEROLE in the title.
Sorry, it’s just me. Not YOU at all. I just have a hangup with that word.

Well, that just doesn’t do anything for me!
This dish? I had everything on hand. Only thing I picked up was the Creamy Potato Soup … and only because I knew if I never got around to making this recipe, at least Hubby would have another variety of soup to choose from on his off days … because, yes, even though I don’t talk about it much, there are still bad days from the cancer.
